No, all concierge service requests must submit a request form on our online concierge page or by emailing theoryaestheticli@gmail.com.
Can I book a concierge appointment via your booking site?
To reschedule your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email or call us directly at least 48 hours in advance, to avoid a late reschedule fee.
How do I reschedule?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our online booking page. Please note, for the Summer 2026 season, Theory Aesthetic is primarily based in Montauk, NY.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 60% cancellation fee. No-call no-shows are automatically charged the cancellation fee.
